If you’re looking for fireworks displays in North Somerset in 2026 you’ve come to the right place.
Fireworks at Sea – nOVEMBER 14

Fireworks at Sea is Weston’s biggest and best FREE show. You can catch it anywhere along the promenade and still be guaranteed a great view. It is a massive and generous freebie to the town from the Grand Pier and is one of the highlights of the year in the Weston-super-Mare calendar.
This year’s display comes with the added bonus that it follows straight on from Festive Weston – another fabulous free event in the town centre to celebrate the switching on of the Christmas Lights. Festive Weston also includes dramatic fire performers, stilt walkers, live music and a real life Weston-super-Mare Christmas donkey.
So why not enjoy Festive Weston first in the Italian Gardens before bowling along to the promenade for 6.30pm and the start of the fireworks spectacular.
For an even closer view of the action and for all the fun of the fair as well, you can buy tickets for the pier which include free rides.
Our Top Tip: The famous Weston-super-Mare Carnival takes place the night before on Friday, November 13 so why not head over to our Where to Stay section and make a full weekend of it!
