Join us for Weston Armed Forces & Emergency Services Day 2025, a heartfelt and action-packed celebration dedicated to the incredible men and women of our Armed Forces, Veterans, and Emergency Services. Taking place along Weston-super-Mare seafront, this free, family-friendly event promises a full day of honour, excitement, and entertainment for all ages.
What to Expect
See the Veterans parade and explore the event zones.

Armed Forces Village (Beach Road side of the Beach Lawns):
Meet members of the Armed Forces, discover military vehicles and equipment, and learn more about life in service. -
Emergency Services Zone (Sea Front side of the Lawns):
Enjoy exciting demonstrations from our emergency responders, with opportunities to interact, learn, and be inspired. -
Eat Festivals will be serving up delicious local food and drink throughout the day – come hungry!

GWAAC Helicopter Landing:
Don’t miss the arrival of the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity’s aircraft. Visit their charity stall to play games, learn CPR, and find out how to use a defibrillator – vital skills that save lives.

A Day of Tribute, Education & Fun
As the day draws to a close, gather for a touching Muster and Sunset Ceremony, including the lowering of the flags. The official salute will be taken by Air Marshal Sir Julian Young, offering a poignant end to a remarkable day.
