Keep your kids busy in the holidays this Easter and join in with some pirate craft and dressing up!Our exciting new exhibition 'The Art of Self-Expression' showcases the history of beards and tattoos. In honour of this great display, we are transforming into pirates (some of the most beardy and tattooed people we know!).
Pretend to be a pirate by doing some dressing up and trying out some fake beard styles of your own, then have a go at making some pirate craft bits. During the first week, you can have your face painted (dates and times to follow). During the second week of the holidays, we will be joined again by the great 'Rainbow Sands'; with them you can make your own piratey sand art.
In the middle weekend of the Easter holidays, you can also take part in some pirate themed lego workshops, listed seperately.
