Weston-super-Mare Train Station & Train Information
When it comes to arriving by train, Weston-super-Mare Train Station is centrally located and within easy reach of both the seafront and the town centre.
Last year 1.5 million passengers came through Weston-super-Mare train station, which is increasing year on year, due to our excellent rail links throughout the country.
From Weston-super-Mare train Station, there are direct services to Bristol, Taunton, Cardiff and London, obviously with return trains to Weston-super-Mare from those locations. Many local stations are served directly via Weston-super-Mare, including Burnham & Highbridge, Bridgwater, Yatton, Nailsea & Backwell, going as far down as Penzance, serving stations throughout Devon and Cornwall, and North to Birmingham North Street with connections to the North, North West and North East.
Bristol Temple Meads is one of the biggest stations in the South West offering easy connections across the country, allowing you to travel with the minimum of fuss, and making us an easy-to-access destination wherever you live in the UK, and whether you are travelling alone, it's just the two of you, or you're with the family or a group of friends.
Our two smaller stations, Milton and Worle, run frequent trains to Weston-super-Mare main train station, so if you are staying a little out of town, it's a quick and easy commute in if you don't want to take the bus!
With the excellent rail-connections we have here at Weston super Mare along with the other forms of public transport, there really is no reason not to visit – 1.5 million visitors can’t be wrong!

The A2 Bus Service that connects us with Bristol Airport also stops at Weston-super-Mare train station, so if you are an international visitor, it turns your trip into a stress-free experience.
Whilst you are waiting for the train, there is both a cafe and a licensed bar on the platform, and parking is available (pay and display) as well as a 20-minute drop-off zone and a taxi rank. Many local buses also serve the train station.
