There is limited car parking (3 spaces) at the start of the walk and there is one section that would not be suitable for pushchairs, though there are several route options available, on some you cross the railway line so remain vigilant. The route on the map shown in our image gallery doesn't involve any stiles or the railway, but does bring you back along a road.
An excellent walk for lovers of wildlife - look out for herons, buzzards, starlings in the autumn, dragonflies and horses. Due to grazing cattle, keep dogs on a lead at all times.
Look out for views back towards Burnham's inshore lighthouse. The Red Cow pub in Brent Knoll is close by for facilities, food and drink.
