No visit to Somerset is complete without visiting Cheddar Gorge and sampling the famous cheese that’s still aged in the caves there. Cheddar offers so much, from a trip down the history filled caves to scaling Jacob’s Ladder, which provides a stunning view over the Mendip hills.
