The amazing and super-spectacular Weston-super-Mare Carnival is on Friday, November 13, 2026.
It is the biggest night of the year in the Weston-super-Mare calendar and people come from all over the country to see it. The two-hour long procession is the west country’s answer to the Rio Carnival. It features huge and extravagantly-decorated carts with thousands of bright lights on, putting on an exciting must-see procession for thousands of spectators.
The route for the carnival parade will run in reverse to previous years.

Road closures will be in place from 1700hrs.
Locking Road Coach Park will be closed from the Monday before the carnival up to and including the Saturday following the carnival. Limited coach parking is available at the Madeira Car Park (BS23 2HA).
Please give generously on the night to ensure the carnival continues next year.
