CSF Professional Wrestling LIVE in Weston-super-Mare on Saturday 20th June!
The Blakehay Theatre will host a huge edition of ‘Saturday Night Slam on June 20th as wrestling fans of all ages are welcomed along to witness this Sports Entertainment Spectacular.
The popular Blakehay Theatre on Wadham Street has recently become the new home of Professional Wrestling in Weston-super-Mare. CSF Wrestling promotions who have been hosting their action packed live events in town since 1998 have recently moved over to the recently upgraded theatre and are looking forward to the sports future in Weston.
Following nearly three decades of sold out live events in Weston, June 20th will see the larger than life CSF Pro Wrestling stars compete in an evening of High-Flying, Body-Slamming Family Entertainment as twelve top international Professional Wrestling stars arrive in Weston.
Names appearing include European Champion Heavyweight: Bullit, Jake McCluskey, former WWE NXT Champion Joel Redman, The Fox ans Masked Sensation: Lion Kid!
The main event of the evening will see a very rare appearance of the original All Nations Heavyweight Championship Title and Belt as it will be on the line as reigning champion: Eddie Ryan makes his first appearance in Weston for nearly two years as he answers the challenge of number one contender JD Knight! The All Nations Belt dates back to 1993, with only 8 wrestlers ever capturing the prestigious title. Next weekend, Eddie Ryan will put that very title on the line….who will leave Weston as the Heavyweight Champion?
Many CSF stars have gone on to compete for the WWE and appear at their biggest events, such as The Royal Rumble and WrestleMania. Infact, at a CSF event in Weston back in September, Nathan Angle appeared in the Main Event and made his final UK appearance before thanking the fans for their support as later that week he moved to America to train with the WWE and now appears on the NXT brand that airs weekly on Netflix. His new ring nme in NXT is Tristan Angels and he is set to be a huge name in the sport.
Doors open at 5:30pm and showtime starts at 6:30pm.
Following the event, the wrestlers will be on hand to pose for photos and sign autographs. You will even have a chance to hold the All nations Belt and meet the winner of the Main Event!
