The Annexe @153 is a beautiful modern self-contained one-bedroom ground floor holiday apartment which has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and is part of a large 1935 detached house. We aim to make our guests feel welcome in this cosy and comfortable home from home.
This superb self catering holiday apartment offers a fantastic space in Burnham on Sea and will accommodate 2-4 people due to additional luxury sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is suitable for couples, friends and small families including your special pet.
It comprises of fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, shower room and toilet, living room, large conservatory/dining room with dining table and chairs suitable for entertaining and chilling after a day on the beach, a round of golf or exploring the surrounding countryside. The conservatory opens onto a private rear garden shared with the owners, an enclosed safe space for children and pets to enjoy, and ideal for barbecues and enjoying a drink outside on a warm evening. Wifi is available within the apartment.
With a secure storage facility at the property for bikes and golf clubs, the Annexe offers an excellent base if you enjoying being active and exploring the area by bike, or by foot, and we are in walking distance of Burnham & Berrow Beaches and Golf club.
The Annexe is pet friendly (and the owners’ springer spaniel looks forward to welcoming them to his home).
Within a 10-minute walk there is a six-mile sandy beach across the golf course and sand dunes which is dog friendly.
A 5-minute drive takes you into Burnham on Sea town and seaside with a range of shops, cafes, restaurants and public houses, many of which are dog friendly. Burnham on Sea is home to the smallest pier in Britain with a lovely promenade to walk along and enjoy an ice cream and the views across to the Quantocks and Wales.
There is off road car parking at the property, and if you come by train, the apartment is on a main bus route with services around Burnham on Sea and to Weston-super-Mare and Taunton.
The apartment is gas centrally heated, with radiators in all rooms, along with an electric heater in the living room and air conditioning in the conservatory.
All bedding and towels (including beach towels) are provided.
