Welcome to Stonebridge Farm Touring Caravan and Camping Park.
Stonebridge Farm is open between 1st April to 31st October and is approximately 1.5 miles from M5 Junction 21 and just 6 miles from the seafront at Weston-super-Mare. It is an ideal base from which to explore all that North Somerset and the West Country has to offer. Whether you are planning to stay for a few nights or just for one nights’ respite from travelling we provide a quiet and relaxing place to stay.
We are a family run touring Caravan & Camping Park, which has evolved during the last 40 years as part of the farm business. On your arrival you will be warmly greeted at Reception and receive a Welcome Pack which provides information about the Park, small gifts for children and a selection of vouchers providing reductions at Chillies, Bangladeshi & Indian Restaurant in Banwell and The Nut Tree at Worle. Local Takeaways and restaurants will deliver food directly to your caravan and tent if you prefer not to cook.
The purpose-built shower & toilet block with under-floor heating has been refurbished to a high specification during this last winter (2014). Our showers are spacious with free hot water. Shaver points in the gents and hairdryer in the ladies are provided for your convenience. Various Reviews we have received comment on the cleanliness of the facilities and the quality of park maintenance. Attached to the shower block is a washing up area; Tourist information leaflets and discount cards; noticeboard; chemical disposal access point for emptying cartridges & bins for non-recyclable waste. We have a variety of good sized pitches measuring 11m X 9.8m each bordered with hedging for caravans, motor homes and tents, each with metered electric hook ups, water, grey waste drainage and parking.
For those visitors who prefer a more authentic camping experience there are also large pitches, without electric, to accommodate spacious tents. BBQ’s are permitted, including disposables, but please use the wheel-centres provided to keep them off the grass. To encourage our visitors to recycle, each pitch has a recycling bin for glass; paper; cardboard; plastic and tins/foil, these are collected each day.
We welcome visitors who wish to bring their dogs, they can be exercised off their lead in the fenced and gated dog walk but we request that they are kept on a lead at all times when on the pitching areas & roadways within the park.
To reduce the need for regular shopping trips, we have a small shop providing daily essentials, i.e. free range eggs; milk; tea; coffee; sugar and locally grown seasonal fruit and vegetables. In the village of Banwell there is also a Newsagents and convenience store with Post Office and within two miles there are, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Lidl and Co Op stores.
As a working farm, we are mindful of the health & safety of our visitors and so regretfully visitors are not permitted in the farm yard. It is our intention that visitors can enjoy the quiet & friendly park, using it as a base to explore the numerous tourist attractions, both locally & within the South West.
Prices from £16 per night Low Season & £19 per night High Season. Please see our website www.stonebridgefarmcaravanpark.co.uk to complete the booking form and for further details.
